Foshan Hongsheng Technology Co., Ltd. is a CNC machining manufacturer integrating R&D, production, and sales. With 22 years of expertise in the die-casting and CNC precision hardware industry, we are also a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of special engineering plastics, recognized as a Guangdong Provincial "Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative" Enterprise.

Established in 2002, our headquarters is located in the Zijincheng Industrial Park, Guicheng Street, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. The facility covers an area of over 18,600 square meters and currently employs more than 300 staff, including over 150 professional management and technical personnel.

Our production equipment includes:

· Japanese Brother CNC machining centers.

· Haas machining centers dedicated to producing injection molds.

· 500 Fanuc CNC machining centers.

· 20 Japanese Tsugami CNC lathes.

· 2 Mazak 5-axis CNC machining centers.

Our quality inspection equipment comprises:

· 2 coordinate measuring machines (CMM).

· 2 2.5D vision measuring instruments.

· Mitutoyo height gauges.

· Mitutoyo industrial microscopes.

· And a batch of other inspection instruments.

Our machining precision reaches 0.01mm.
